Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery of architecture design and build projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards through rigorous testing and quality control processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Optimize project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including minutes of meetings, action items, and decision records.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and areas for process improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in architecture or a related field, along with significant experience in project management. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
