Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Project Lead to manage the delivery of end-to-end audiovisual integration projects across the region.

This role requires a strong understanding of AV systems, excellent leadership and project coordination skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
