Delivery Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned implementation expert to lead the delivery of large-scale projects from start to finish. Your primary objective is to ensure that the solution meets the client's business needs and delivers exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide team members to excel in their roles, promoting growth and development.
  • Manage key customer relationships, driving successful project outcomes and configuring product solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create detailed project requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal resources, prioritizing customer interests and meeting project deadlines.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is beneficial.
  • At least 12 years of experience, with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and leadership skills.
