Senior Technical Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our team in implementing key projects. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organizing, and execution skills, with the ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project plans, maintain base and latest versions, and obtain approval as needed.
  • Set up communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for all implementation projects.
  • Triage requirements with the team, arrive at solutions, or seek assistance from management to meet project committed timelines.
  • Lead implementations entirely, close out on clients post-go-live, and hand them over to the support team.
  • Generate Change Requests where applicable and strive for additional revenues that benefit clients.
  • Deliver client requirements and expectations within agreed project timelines, ensuring objectives in Statements of Work (SOWs) are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Ensure supporting teams such as Product Engineering (PE), Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams are utilized as needed for implementations.
  • Engage/contribute to process improvement initiatives that enable project delivery and seamless client support.
  • Limit functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into Production.
  • Communicate with clients and management about any mismatches in client requirements impacting project schedules.
  • Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress whenever management requests it.
  • Train self and team members on Implementation processes and client data validation.
  • Hands-on experience in Project Management using tools like estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFPs, etc.
  • Good understanding of design & solution processes is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Fixed-price projects, restricting scope creep, and resource wastage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are must-haves for this role.
