Our organization seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will oversee a team of Operations Leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • They will work closely with design and production teams to maintain alignment with committed timelines and ensure internal stakeholders receive necessary support.
  • The role requires strong people management skills, enabling the team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for implementing process SOPs and standards, providing a standardized customer experience.
  • Additionally, they will focus on Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and resolving customer escalations efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A degree from a reputable university, preferably with an MBA or equivalent, is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Direct team reporting experience is essential, along with strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment are required.
  • The selected candidate must have the ability to form strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.
