Lead Visual Designer

We're seeking a creative leader to establish and evolve the visual language for every touchpoint.

This is an opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences our brand through stunning visuals and video content that brings it to life.

  • Establish our influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer isn't the right one
  • Develop and maintain a complete visual language system across all mediums

Create High-Quality Content

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content
  • Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos
  • Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint

Collaborate and Challenge

  • Work with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to achieve common goals
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and execution
  • Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Mentor by Doing

  • Level up junior designers through hands-on work
  • Lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking
  • Foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning

Requirements include 5-8 years of experience in visual design, a portfolio showcasing diverse and high-impact work, and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
