Job Title: Senior Visual Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Visual Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing visual projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple visual projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to create high-quality visual content that meets client requirements.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Design, Arts, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Designer in the interior design industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale visual projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with design software such as Autodesk, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
