Design Lead for Digital Products

This is a highly specialized and rewarding role in which you will have the opportunity to lead our product design efforts. We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses strong expertise in user experience (UX) design, interaction design, and visual design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into products.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on UX design principles, interaction design, and visual design standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • 3-5 years experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including Figma AI features and generative design systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
