Lead Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Visual Designer to join our team and lead the visual design of digital experiences.

  • This role involves designing responsive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces for customer web and mobile applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern UI design tools and interaction prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design and Prototyping
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and strategic insights into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Design pixel-perfect, intuitive, and grounded in real user behaviors and expectations.
Design Systems and Scalability
  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, components, and visual standards to ensure consistency across experiences and teams.
  • Define and maintain design tokens and primitives as the foundation for scalable, consistent UI across platforms.
Collaboration and Craft
  • Partner closely with UX designers, researchers, content designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine and improve UI design.
Customer-Centered Design
  • Design experiences that are both beautiful and functional—delivering clarity, delight, and confidence at every step of the user journey.
  • Incorporate accessibility best practices and inclusive design into every interface and component.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, with a strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products.
  • Expertise in modern UI design tools and interaction prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design for mobile-first environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on enterprise-scale platforms or high-volume digital customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/React) or close collaboration with dev teams.
