Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat) and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality standards in 90% of cases.
  • Provide root cause assessments using available knowledge bases and tools.
  • Summarize bug progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Mandatory Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient typing skills (60-80 WPM).
  • Troubleshooting experience: diagnosing and resolving complex issues with SOP documents.
  • Support experience: Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL principles.
Desirable Skills
  • 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet).
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is an advantage.
