Job Title: Senior Business Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve profitable business growth by promoting Oil Additives in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
  • Establish strong customer relationships and acquire new customers.
  • Identify market needs and recommend suitable solutions for using Evonik products.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Maintain existing business profitably and achieve challenging targets.
  • Create and manage relationships with OEMs in the Automotive industry and industrial segment.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate sales channels, agents, and distributors effectively.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Operations preferred.
  • Experience handling Public sector customers is an added advantage.

Desirable Skills:

  • Technical sales acumen.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Target Oriented, Team Player.
  • Intercultural mix and good communication skills.

Additional Benefits:
