Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join our collaborative and innovative team.

This role involves working closely with clients to transform their business models, leveraging expertise to provide strategic insights and develop innovative approaches to deliver high-value outcomes.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, adopting framework-based approaches to solve complex business problems, and contributing to the development of our practice.

You will work with high-performing teams on a wide range of consultative projects for clients in the TMT sector, helping them develop strategy, analyze their competitive landscape, or solve complex business problems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships while assisting management teams in identifying and developing opportunities to grow the relationship.
  • Utilize a framework-based approach to effectively structure and solve complex business problems.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice, including developing innovative ideas, frameworks, and approaches.
  • Effectively communicate results to all audiences, including senior leaders in client organizations, and implement recommendations in collaboration with client teams.
  • Mentor junior team members for successful project execution.
  • Leverage advanced AI-powered tools to extract insights, optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in business research or strategic consulting and project management, with a minimum of 3-4 years of consulting experience in a reputable organization.
  • A proven track record of working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
