Strategic Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • The selected individual will translate complex business requirements into scalable and optimized solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • As a trusted advisor, the manager will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align project deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, anticipating risks, and driving high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence

  • The manager will oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • This role requires managing team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
  • The selected individual will ensure that delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
  • Contributions to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators are also expected.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are required, as well as comfort working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required) and additional certifications such as Workday Financials and Project Manager are preferred but not mandatory.
