Job Description

As a senior financial leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, finance controllership, and investor relations to drive financial growth and stability.

The role involves overseeing daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing and reporting. You will also lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and capital allocation.

You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving financial discipline, compliance, and business scalability across the organization. You will also oversee implementation of robust accounting practices and ERP systems, manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, and review and approve all financial processes, reconciliations, and vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance Controllership: Own the integrity of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows.
  • Strategic Finance & Business Planning: Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and capital allocation.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in finance controllership and compliance.
  • Proven experience in high-growth start-ups, construction, real estate, or tech industries.
  • Solid understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, tax laws, and audit practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs, MIS, and business finance tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
