Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Planning Specialist. This role involves implementing and maintaining Oracle EPM Planning Cloud / EPBCS and other cloud EPM Applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Maintain Oracle EPM Planning Cloud / EPBCS: Proven experience with implementation of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud / EPBCS and other cloud EPM Applications.
  • Develop and Maintain Oracle Hyperion EPBCS Applications: Extensive experience developing and maintaining Oracle Hyperion EPBCS applications.
  • ASO/BSO Cube Development: Strong understanding of ASO/BSO cube development.
  • Business Rules Development: Expertise in developing complex Business Rules using Calculation Manager.
  • Data Management and Automation: Strong Experience of creating Data Maps and Smart Push jobs, Experience in automating PBCS operations using EPM-Automate, and Experience in Data Management module of PBCS.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Smart View, Web Forms, FR Reports, FTP, Batch and Unix shell scripting, and Experience working on Windows and a Unix/Linux platforms.
  • SQL and Database Knowledge: Knowledge of writing basic SQLs, Oracle Relational Database experience is a plus.
  • Financial Systems and Business Processes: Deep functional and technical knowledge of financial systems and business processes, especially around planning, budgeting, & forecasting.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Responsible for creating, documenting, and implementing scalable solution design and implementation plans.
  • Project Delivery and Team Management: Preparation of key deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials and solution delivery, Supervise, develop, and mentor junior consultants throughout project life cycles.
