Strategic Financial Planning Lead

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to lead our financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives. This role will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize financial performance, and support long-term strategic growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans that align with business strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and develop actionable insights.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
