Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) to lead our team in delivering high-quality financial planning and budgeting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage 10+ years of experience in implementing PBCS with a strong background in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations, resulting in improved financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Apply expertise in solution build and project management to guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.
  • Analyze complex financial data to provide insights for informed decision-making, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Integrate PBCS with other systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a B.Tech or MCA degree.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exhibit confidence and assertiveness, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show willingness to travel long-term based on project needs, with prior onsite experience in GCC countries being an added advantage.
