About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in business planning, financial modelling, and stakeholder management.

They will be responsible for translating business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans, providing financial support to the business, and managing planning ambiguities.

The role requires a high level of analytical rigour, problem-solving skills, and the ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Planning: Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and support execution in a controlled risk and reward- based manner.
  • Financial Modelling: Adapting market or industry best practices as applicable for the organization. Training teams and building organizational capability across all knowledge areas.
  • Business & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrates Ability to gain commitment and buy-in for strategies and programmes by demonstrating their impact on organizational results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Finance, preferably with a Chartered Accountant qualification or Post-Graduate degree in Finance.
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team.
  • Experience of forming strong collaborations with stakeholders.
