Chief Financial Strategist

We seek a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our financial strategy, contributing to the organization's long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and operationalize Multi geo strategy in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Provide insightful financial recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Promote timely and accurate financial reporting compliant with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions for the Finance function.
  • Serve as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to develop automation strategies for customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets.
