Job Role: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are looking for an exceptional financial professional to serve as the interface between our finance function and controllership teams. The ideal candidate will provide real-time analysis and influence strategic decision making based on financial performance and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, cost drivers, and other functions by performing data-driven trend analysis for operational metrics with a focus on improving profitability while highlighting key insights to leadership.
  • Create processes for new initiatives and improve existing ones with a focus on governance & cost leakage.
  • Prepare, manage, and publish business scorecards and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Perform reconciliation of MIS and book of accounts to close monthly MIS.
  • Manage stakeholders and work closely with controllership and business finance team.
  • Ensure weekly dashboards are completed for weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience post Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheet Skills and good business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) would be a plus.
