As a Sales and Partnership Development Expert, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through insurance company sales teams and intermediaries, leveraging your expertise in health tech and insurtech to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Your ability to build strong relationships, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive results will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through insurance company sales teams and intermediaries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance company executives, brokers, and corporate agents.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
Requirements:
Experience:
6-8 years of experience in sales and partnership development, preferably in the health tech or insurtech space.
Skills:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
- Expertise in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
