
Senior Business Development Executive

Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Align business objectives with the firm's overall strategy, develop annual plans, track activities, trends, competitors, and expenditures.
- Clients Development: Work with partners to identify, target, and develop client relationships, support client meetings with research and materials, and grow international referral networks.
- Business Growth: Create consistent, engaging communication for clients and prospects, develop required marketing collateral, and find innovative ways to promote the firm's services.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with an MBA. At least 15 years' experience in marketing/BD in professional services, ideally Tier I law firms.
- Industry Knowledge: Competitive intelligence research skills and interest/background in law and law firm management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent writing ability, interpersonal influence, and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Business Acumen: Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and advanced understanding of strategic marketing and communications.
