As a key member of our Lending Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of syndicated loan deals, providing middle office and back office support to our corporate and investment banking divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trade support functions, including static setup of clients in Loan IQ, control reporting, and trade documentation.
  • Manage trade closing functions, including trade booking, loan trade documentation, portfolio position management, and complex calculations.
  • Manage trade settlement functions, including review of trade documentation, pricing letters, and KYC, settlement of trades in Loan IQ, and cash reconciliation.
  • Manage loan servicing functions, including static setup of clients in Loan IQ, credit agreement, deals, facility, and loan setup in Loan IQ, and control reporting.
  • Effectively support the team, develop and implement best practices in loan operations related processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduation degree in Finance.
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in operations, investment banking experience would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dynamic and confident approach.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Understanding of organizational behavior and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge and understanding of LMA (Loan Market Association) Market.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of syndicated loan market and secondary loan trading.
