College Partnerships Manager

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our college partnerships initiative.

This role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions in India.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential partnerships with colleges that align with our training programs.
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and maintain continuous engagement.
  • Create customized partnership models, including curriculum integration and joint certification programs.
  • Negotiate agreements that meet our business objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Track performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership or institutional sales.
  • A strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
