Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Professional with a proven track record in owning client accounts, driving profitability, and delivering success in corporate events and brand partnerships.

The role demands a strong sales leader who can:

  • Secure business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects across multiple event formats.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Target decision-makers in the FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Create winning presentations, proposals, and budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead with insights on industry trends and competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery, including logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.
Requirements & Skills
  • 5–7 years experience in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of event production, costing, and budgeting.
