Sales Executive - Commercial Furniture and Interior Design
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced sales professional with a strong background in commercial furniture and interior design solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing new client relationships, and expanding market presence.
This role requires a deep understanding of the furniture and interior design sectors, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand customer base, and maximize market share.
- Negotiation and Closure: Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience: Proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Essential Skills:
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
