Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive IT services sales in India and at least one international market (US or EMEA). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and build relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients in India and either US or EMEA markets. Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure. Build and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Client & Account Management: Nurture relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers, and IT leadership. Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling services. Act as the client partner, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration & Market Intelligence: Work with presales and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for client needs. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business dynamics. Provide regular pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and account status updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-10 years of proven IT services sales experience in India plus at least one global region (US or EMEA).
  • Strong understanding of services like Cloud, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong professional network with decision-makers in India and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
