Dynamic Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned sales specialist to join our team and drive growth through innovative solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Business Central to develop and execute sales strategies that exceed expectations.

  • Motivated professionals with end-to-end sales experience in Microsoft or equivalent enterprise applications.
  • At least 5 years of face-to-face selling experience, with expertise in the Microsoft product suite.
  • Skilled at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing contract processes.
  • Proven ability to sell to technical and business audiences, building trust and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in designated territories, working with vendor and industry teams.
  • Arrange customer meetings, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future digital transformation roadmaps.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years B2B sales track record, focusing on Microsoft sales and ERP solutions and business applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations).
  • Independent self-starter with a no-nonsense mentality.
  • Ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
