Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled Revenue Management Associate to contribute to our revenue growth strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data.

They will also monitor online travel agency (OTA) channels and update content and rates as needed.

Additionally, they will coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue strategies.

They will track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities, providing regular updates to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with room rate management, including analyzing market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Support senior revenue managers with daily analysis and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Monitor OTA channels and update content and rates as needed.
  • Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of revenue strategies.
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities, providing regular updates to internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic hotel experience in reservations, front office, or sales support is required.
  • A strong interest in revenue management and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization is essential.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and property management systems (PMS).
  • Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment during US shift hours.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams.
