Senior Revenue Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Recognition Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in revenue accounting under US GAAP, particularly ASC 606.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end revenue recognition process in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606).
- Analyze customer contracts to determine proper revenue recognition treatment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and contract interpretations.
- Prepare revenue-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up for prompt collections from customers.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls over revenue recognition processes.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and automation of revenue reporting and reconciliation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in revenue recognition or technical accounting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, especially ASC 606.
- Experience with QuickBooks, ZOHO Books, XERO, etc., preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
