We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of an OTA and Revenue Manager. This is a pivotal position that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing online travel agencies and hotel revenue management. They should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Goa hotel market and seasonal booking patterns. Existing relationships with online travel agency representatives are also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to manage online travel agencies across all group properties.
  2. Establish and maintain robust relationships with online travel agency account managers from leading platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.
  3. Monitor and update inventory, rate parity, and promotions on online travel agency extranets and channel managers.
  4. Analyze booking trends, pace reports, and market data to optimize pricing and availability.
  5. Generate revenue reports, booking forecasts, and performance analysis in line with industry standards.
  6. Track competitor pricing and recommend strategic adjustments.
  7. Coordinate closely with front office/reservation teams to ensure accurate data flow.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance visibility on online travel agency platforms.
