About Our Team

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Distribution Specialist to support our online travel services and ensure smooth coordination with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). This role involves handling OTA extranets, updating rates and inventory, ensuring listing accuracy, managing guest reviews, and supporting the revenue team in driving occupancy and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across OTA platforms.
  • Ensure property listings (photos, descriptions, amenities) are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support in maintaining rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Basic understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing rates & inventory.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
