We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Order Management Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing orders and providing support to clients and internal production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Entry Process: Manage order entry processes, deliveries, and track status using reports.
  • Client Support: Provide timely and efficient support to clients through audio/webex conferences.
  • Team Coordination: Drive the team towards agreed individual KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A graduate with at least 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Word.
