This senior leadership position is responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of innovative revenue cycle strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive pilot program to enhance the effectiveness of accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment collections.
- Identify and implement operational improvements across all downstream revenue cycle offices, streamlining workflows and optimizing performance.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Assess team performance, providing coaching and guidance to drive individual and team success.
Requirements:
- A minimum 14+ years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management, coupled with expertise in metrics and calculations.
- Currently serving as Associate Director or possessing a minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Manager.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, boasting a minimum size of 150+ members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage human resources effectively, focusing on talent development and retention.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including night shifts, as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.
