Senior Revenue Cycle Strategist

    This senior leadership position is responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of innovative revenue cycle strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 14+ years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management, coupled with expertise in metrics and calculations.
  • Currently serving as Associate Director or possessing a minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Manager.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, boasting a minimum size of 150+ members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage human resources effectively, focusing on talent development and retention.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including night shifts, as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.
