Job Title: Senior Placement Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced placement professional to drive our organization's success in skill development and corporate partnerships.

  • Identify and establish meaningful connections with Indian employers to secure job placements.
  • BUILD strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
  • Support local teams in finding and securing city-based and outstation job opportunities.
  • Plan and execute placement-related activities, including industry talks, visits, and employer interaction sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date placement data, adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust corporate networks and connections.
  • Cultivate effective presentation, communication, and analytical skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset to drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM/ATS systems is an asset.
