Chief Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our team in Kurnool.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and effectively utilize key partnerships for quality mobilization.
- Supervise enrolment processes to ensure end outcome in terms of numbers and quality.
- Own the training process for concrete outcomes and adherence to processes.
- Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities and organize placement drives.
- Manage batch progression and outcome monitoring.
- Provide placement support and maintain accurate records.
- Build a positive culture and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Lead people management, financial management, compliance, and administration functions.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 5 years of experience in the skill development industry with 3 years in team management.
- At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and perseverance.
- Able to counsel students and demonstrate a willingness to work with marginalized communities.
