Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine prominent employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedure and placed students.
  • Maintain records related to pre-placement and post placement.
  • Develop and maintain a student database.
  • Brief students on job opening details and conduct job market studies.
  • Collaborate with respective managers and trainers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience & perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporations.
  • A strong inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.

This role requires the ideal candidate to provide placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain while monitoring the student lifecycle for ensuring standard outcomes. The successful individual will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Placement: Determine employer needs, create partnerships, and facilitate student placements.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance on job openings, conduct job market research, and assist with student development.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student data, placements, and outcomes.
