**Job Title:** Aptitude Trainer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students. This role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging learning experiences on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
  • Create lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate student performance
  • Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed
  • Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and question trends
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a solid understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with patience to mentor diverse learners
  • Familiarity with competitive exams is an advantage

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields
  • Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer/Faculty/Coach is preferred
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered
