
Head of Campus Recruitment and Corporate Relations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement head to lead campus recruitment initiatives, build strong corporate relationships, and prepare students for successful careers in the field of Engineering.
Job Description- The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruiters, corporates, and industry associations to identify and invite companies for campus placement drives across management, engineering, and other programs.
- They will also negotiate recruitment terms and ensure high placement conversion rates.
- The Placement head will organize pre-placement training programs including aptitude, group discussion, technical skills, and interview preparation.
- Collaboration with faculty and industry experts is required to bridge skill gaps and track student progress towards placement readiness.
- The annual placement calendar will be planned and executed by the Placement head.
- Logistics for placement drives, interviews, and tests will be coordinated.
- Maintenance of placement records, statistics, and reports for internal and external stakeholders is essential.
- Industry visits, guest lectures, and career counseling sessions will be organized.
- Exploration of internship, live project, and corporate training opportunities for students is necessary.
- The Placement head will represent the institution at job fairs, industry meets, and HR summits.
- A detailed report on placement status, recruiter feedback, and student performance will be prepared for management.
- Compliance with institutional policies and data confidentiality is mandatory.
- Educational qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in training & placement, corporate HR, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong corporate network and proven record of successful campus placements.
