Corporate Strength and Conditioning Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic corporate setting.

  • Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client fitness levels and develop personalized training plans to achieve optimal results.
  • Design and lead group training sessions, incorporating functional exercises and mobility techniques to enhance overall fitness and well-being.
  • Collaborate with senior coaching staff to ensure seamless integration of training programs across various corporate wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, providing constructive feedback and encouraging continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Education and Certification:

A recognized Strength and Conditioning certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE, or CrossFit Level 1+) is essential for this role.

Work Experience:

At least 18 months of experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training is required.

Key Competencies:

The successful candidate will possess strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
