Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, supervising and evaluating team members to ensure exceptional quality and service.

This role requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain excellent communication with the team, senior officers, and the corporate office.

Responsibilities include directing, coaching, supporting, and supervising direct reports, as well as maintaining immaculate condition of recipe folders and undertaking daily recipe reviews.

This position also involves controlling production levels, recommending improvements, and ensuring Public Health regulations are followed according to company standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or convention banqueting service, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in culinary arts and management.

Culinary school degree required, with intermediate computer software skills and good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, including knowledge of principles and processes for providing personalized services.
