Role Summary:

As a seasoned DevOps professional, you will be responsible for designing and managing large-scale AWS environments to ensure high availability, security, and reliability for our SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Mastery: Develop and execute UI automation using Cypress with TypeScript to guarantee seamless user experiences.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct performance testing using K6 and make data-driven decisions to improve application performance.
  • API and Accessibility Testing: Perform API testing with Postman and run accessibility testing using Wave, AudioEye, and similar tools to guarantee equal access to our applications.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure at scale (EC2, S3, ELB, Lambda, Route 53, ECS, SQS, CloudWatch), ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Containerized Workloads: Package, deploy, and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) efficiently.
  • Automated Workflows: Automate workflows using Terraform, CDK, Chef, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, GitHub, Jenkins, Codefresh) to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot using ELK stack, Dynatrace, New Relic, Nagios, resolving issues quickly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • IaaC & DSC Tools: 3+ years of experience with IaaC & DSC tools (Terraform, CDK, Chef).
  • Containerized Workload Management: 3+ years of experience managing containerized workloads on PaaS (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Ruby, Go, Python, Bash).
  • Large-Scale Monitoring: Experience with large-scale monitoring & reporting.
  • .NET Application Architecture: Solid understanding of .NET application architecture.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Proven problem-solving & troubleshooting skills in DevOps/SRE environments.
