Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team in the South Goa district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Pastry Chef in the creation and presentation of a variety of pastries and baked goods.

">Responsibilities:
  • Prepare baking ingredients and follow traditional and modern recipes
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen
  • Assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the workspace
Requirements:
  • Pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making skills
  • Experience in following and adjusting recipes
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus
  • Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation
