Job Summary:
Aptech Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advisor to provide exceptional support to students and parents through structured counselling sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in counselling or telecalling, and experience in the internet industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise students and parents on their learning needs through one-on-one counselling sessions.
- Close leads generated from various sources, including media, special events, and referral sources.
- Clarify information and discuss implications for students' academic success.
- Be accessible and available to students via Live Chat, Inbound Calls, and Emails.
- Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students for utmost customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or BPO.
- Internet industry background preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Candidates from Bangalore location are preferred.
