Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Toast.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Toast's products and services to answer customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide personalized support.
  • Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that customers understand their issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with Toast's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize, problem-solve, and de-escalate customer concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry or with a SaaS company.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
