
Salary Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new corporate clients for our salary account offerings.
As a key member of our growth team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our salary account products among medium and large enterprises. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships with HR and finance decision-makers, and ensuring seamless account opening processes for their employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Onboard New Clients: Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with medium and large enterprises that can benefit from our salary account offerings.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR and finance decision-makers at target corporates, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth.
- Drive End-to-End Sales Cycles: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless account opening processes, from pitching our offerings to signing agreements and employee onboarding.
- Cross-Sell Financial Products: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our personal loan, credit card, and investment offerings to existing salary account holders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate Degree: A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
- Corporate Sales Experience: 1-7 years of experience in corporate sales, salary accounts, or relationship management in banking or fintech is essential.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi are necessary for success in this role.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
