Job Title: Strategic Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee the client servicing function for the Bangalore branch.
  2. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  3. Drive strategic account growth, identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  6. Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  7. Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.
  8. Represent us at client presentations, reviews, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
  • Demonstrates strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Has experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
  • Can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Is a team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others.
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value.
