Business Growth Specialist

The Business Growth Specialist role is pivotal for driving new client acquisition, expanding client portfolios, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

This position focuses on spearheading efforts to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and enhance market presence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing new clients and driving revenue.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio across target industries.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Pitching & Conversions: Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations, ensuring effective conversion of leads into new business.
