Account Management Position">

We are seeking a strategic account manager to drive key clients forward. The ideal candidate should be able to form and maintain professional relationships, follow through on contract closures and renewals, and play a key role in their success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage 5-10 client accounts
  • Develop executive relationships country-level with clients' leadership
  • Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
  • Achieve partnership, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities
  • Pitch relevant services to clients
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure deliverables meet expectations
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of sales funnel and different stages
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into a strategy
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a pro-active working style
  • Proficiency in client interactions and closure of sales deals
  • Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
