
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Help Desk Specialist to join our team.
This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance, delivering exceptional user support, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
- Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
- Own and drive user issues to resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
